Paul Twomey

Commissioner Paul Twomey served as the President of ICANN. He is Chairman of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on the Future of the Internet, a Commissioner for the Global Commission on Internet Governance, the Managing Director of Argo P@cific, and Co-Founder and CTO of STASH. Dr. Twomey was the founding Chief Executive Officer of Australia’s National Office for the Information Economy (NOIE), and also served as Australia’s representative at international fora, such as the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).
